The airport shuttle services is valid everyday of the year from 4:00am to 23:00 (reservation is requested) with an extra fee
How it works:
This service is available for all the hotel customer until six person per ride; it is advisable to make reservation for everyone who need the transfer from airport, it can be advise by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. From the airport: Once you have finished to collect your luggage please call us at 0331 262926 and in few minutes the shuttle will come to pick you up.
Meeting point at the airport:
Terminal 1: out of gate 7 arrival floor
Terminal 2: in front of bus stop coming from Milan, in front of pharmacy sign, between arrival and departure gate.
For everyone who need the shuttle back to the airport from the hotel, the service can be booked directly at reception during the check in moment

- From hotel to Malpensa airport terminal 1 and terminal 2: 4.00am every hour up to 6:00am than every 30 minutes, by booking at check in moment, up to 6 seats per ride (even babies has to be counted like passenger)
- From Malpensa airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2: with reservation at booking moment, by phone, by email, by fax
